📅 Return Times and Conditions

You have 10 working days from receipt of your order to make a return, provided that the item is:
✔️ In original condition , no signs of use.
✔️ Complete with panty liner, tag and original envelope .

📦 Replacement (Free!)

If you have chosen the wrong size or want to change the product with an available one:
🔹 Contact us on WhatsApp or through the Contact section indicating the new size.
🔹 You don't have to worry about anything! We'll take care of contacting the courier.
🔹 You will receive the new item and the return will be collected at the same time.

💡 Replacements are completely free!

💰 Refund

If you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer .
• It will be your responsibility to prepare and ship the package with the returned item.
• Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3 business days .
