Return Policy

• You can return the item within 10 working days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, i.e. complete with panty liner, tag, bag and has not been used.
  

• You can then decide whether to get a replacement, for example in the case of the wrong size (where available), or a refund, if you cannot find or no other items of your liking are available.

• In case of a replacement you can contact us directly on whatsapp or send us a message in the CONTACTS section indicating which size you want to replace the desired item with.
  

• The replacement is free.
  You won't have to think about anything, we will contact the courier and you will receive your new item and the return will be collected at the same time.

• The refund is at the buyer's expense.
  It will be your responsibility to prepare and ship the return. For more information regarding refund times, visit the " Refunds " section.
